Things to Avoid
Stay healthy by avoiding the following:
- alcohol
- smoking
- burning incense[1], candles[2], and many other air pollutants (also related: Protocol:_TJK#Air_Pollution)
- sleep deprivation
- physical inactivity
- unhealthy diet (incl. overeating & snacking)
- nicotine (is a carcinogen precursor[3])
