Things to Avoid

Stay healthy by avoiding the following:

  • alcohol
  • smoking
  • burning incense[1], candles[2], and many other air pollutants (also related: Protocol:_TJK#Air_Pollution)
  • sleep deprivation
  • physical inactivity
  • unhealthy diet (incl. overeating & snacking)
  • nicotine (is a carcinogen precursor[3])
